Dr. Lawrence Carter Forensic Pathologist Lawrence is a quiet, unassuming man with a keen, analytical mind. He deals better with abstract concepts than with people. A forensic pathologist for 15 years, he has had hard, bitter experiance with the sheer amount of Awfulness that happens in New York. Jaded, he retreats to his job, logging in more hours than healthy. As chief forensic investigator for the case, Carter is involved in all levels of the investigation.
